Where Do You Ship From?

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not been picked and packed already, you can cancel your order. This does happen fairly quickly, so email woof@ipuppee.com with "CANCEL MY ORDER" in the Subject Line and we will do the best we can. Inquiries are typically answered within 24-48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see a response from us.

What Happens If I Didn't Receive My Order?

We highly recommend adding the $5 Shipping & Protection Guarantee at checkout. If you do not receive your order, that $5 will guarantee you your next delivery at no additional charge and require a proof of signature.

What is Your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at woof@ipuppee.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Product I Received Is Broken/Defective. Can I Get A Replacement?

We stand behind our products and will happily replace parts with manufacturing defects. Please send us a video of what is happening to woof@ipuppee.com with "MANUFACTURING DEFECT" in the Subject Line and you may be eligible for a replacement.
